AN ANALYSIS OF THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND PSYCHOPHYSICAL ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE STUDENTS: THE CASE OF 7TH GRADE MALE STUDENTS

This experimental study aims to present the physical activity and psychophysical achievements of the male students at 7th grade. To this end, the pedagogical guidance and testing was conducted in the classes of "Physical Education and Sports". The boys from the 7th grade of "Hristo Botev" Secondary School, Ruse, were tested. The analysis of the indicators characterizing the dynamics of development of the physical qualities was performed based on the quantitative characteristics of the individual indicators. These tests are mandatory for all 7th grade male students. The students in two groups as "A" and "C" classes for experimental group and "B" and "D" classes for control group students. The results indicated that these tests improve the motion activity, physical qualities, knowledge and skills of students.
